For owners considering using their property as a vacation rental or a long-term rental, we provide a number of service options.
 
Using these as a base, we talk with each owner to finetune our options to best fit their needs.

Platinum Service · 

Vacation Rental Package: (considered short term and seasonal, May-Nov)

• Charge to Owner:
  • Annual Fee:  $350.00
  • 20% management fee per booking calculated from base rental amount

Long Term Rental Contract:

• Charge to Owner:
  • Initial set up for management fee equal to 1 month's rent for a 12 month lease.  Prorated thereafter. Minimum charge equal to one half months rent for any contract under 6 months.
  • Subsequent management fee annual renewal fee equal to one half months rent
  • 10% monthly management fee based on monthly rental amount

Combination Long Term and Vacation Rental:

• Charges to Owner:
  • Annual fee $500.00
  • 10% monthly management fee based on long term rent (over 60 days)
  • 20% management fee per vacation rental booking calculated from base rental amount
